Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ormoda purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Here's how our returns process works:

In the countries where we operate natively - United Kingdom (, United States (.com), European Union (.eu), Netherlands (.nl), Belgium (.be), France (.fr), and Germany (.de) - we offer free 30-day returns. To use your return right, simply notify our support team and we'll provide you with a shipping label and instructions.

For other countries, you still need to notify support to initiate a return. You have two options:

1) We provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund;


2) You use your own shipping label. If the return is subject to import fees, duties, or taxes, and you use your own label, we'll deduct the amount of import charges from your refund.

Please note that all returns must be returned in the same condition as received - 100% new, unworn, with all tags and protective films, and all content such as paperwork, booklets, etc. If an item is returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

Please also note that if you had to pay for the original shipping, it won't be included in the refund. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or with imperfections, please notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. If you don't notify us within that timeframe and the item is returned, we'll assume it was damaged in your possession and it will affect your refund.

Upon receipt of a returned item from a customer, our internal processes for issuing refunds or providing exchange items may require a maximum processing period of up to 40 days. During this time, we diligently work to ensure a thorough evaluation of the returned item, verify its condition, and process the necessary actions to fulfill the customer's request for a refund or an exchange. We understand the importance of timely resolutions and strive to expedite this process as efficiently as possible.
